Mark Silvers graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2009. That year, he was the University Male Athlete of the Year and received an SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for Men’s Golf. For nine years, his professional golf career provided invaluable opportunities to gain business and life lessons. In 2022, he joined Sound View Wealth Advisors with a passion for helping families achieve their financial goals.

Mark is a CERIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He is also licensed by the State of Georgia for life and health insurance.

Mark was a winner of 15 professional events in 2011, a PGA Tour Canada winner in 2014, and a Web.com Tour member from 2013-2016. He also competed in 2 US Open Championships. He currently resides in Savannah, Georgia, with his wife and two children, where he enjoys devoting time to local junior golf programs, playing golf, and is an avid pickleball player. He is also on the board of the Ronald McDonald House of the Coastal Empire and an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Skidaway Island.
